We are firm believers that a healthy mind starts with a healthy body, which is why we’re inviting you to join our bi-weekly sport sessions, exclusively for Collective Members, in our in-house gym, brought to you by PEAK Coaching.
Gloves on, game face ready—this boxing session is all about movement, power, and technique.
You’ll learn the fundamentals of boxing, from footwork to punch combinations, while building endurance and strength.
Expect a mix of partner drills and high-energy conditioning, designed for all fitness levels.
Whether you’re here to master the basics or fine-tune your jab, you’ll work at your own pace.
After 45 minutes of boxing, we’ll wrap things up with a refreshing recovery drink from Bar Bougie—because nothing beats a well-earned cooldown and a good chat outside the ring.
